From April to Octover (accommodation for 7 months ) offer the rest 5 months of winter .For 12months (annual stay) the price is flexible.

In a unique location in Platana of Evia, 6km from Kymi, 300 meters from the beach and within only 110 km from Athens, we have created,with great care, a special traditional area, next to the river, into a blooming lemon grove, overlooking the Aegean Sea. The building was created with taste, in an old traditional house so to provide all the comforts to those who choose something special for their holidays. We remain open all year round.

River Side Villa offers 2 separate apartments, all with private bathroom, TV, air condition, having access to open green spaces for a pleasant stay and special walks to the river, the mountains or the sea. The apartments are two-space from 80 to 90 m2 that can accommodate 6 people per apartment.

Our Villa provides air condition, heating, fireplace, fridge, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom, TV, BBQ, views, parking and special areas for pets.
